Change lives. Shape futures. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll be the catalyst helping people rebuild independence after injury or illness—designing whole-person rehab plans, conducting key assessments (FCEs, workplace, ergonomics), and engineering smart return-to-work pathways that stick.



What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end rehab: assess, plan, implement, and review.
• Deliver FCEs, workplace, and ergonomic assessments.
• Problem-solve complex cases with lateral thinking.
• Partner with clients, families, employers, and insurers.
• Present credible, outcomes-focused recommendations.

What you'll bring:

• A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology
• Full registration with AHPRA or ESSA
• Full Australian working rights
• 6 months' experience
• Current driver's license and car
